With over 15 years in association management and government relations, Jessica Coates is a strategic leader dedicated to strengthening professional organizations and community engagement. As CEO of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS®, she oversees more than 8,000 REALTORS® and leads initiatives to enhance member services, advocacy, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, she led the Howard County Association of REALTORS®, expanding DEI efforts and guiding the organization through a global pandemic. A recognized industry voice, Jessica has been featured in The Business Journal, NAR Magazine, and Executive Leaders Radio.
