Tina Oliveira is the Chief Human Resources Officer at PRIDE Industries, where she manages a broad spectrum of HR functions such as employee relations, benefits, and compensation. She leads initiatives in recruiting, training, and development, focusing on inclusivity to support PRIDE’s mission as a leading employer of people with disabilities. Additionally, Tina is involved with the American Cancer Society in Sacramento and participates in community groups like the California Chamber of Commerce Labor Committee. Outside of work, she enjoys culinary arts, wine tasting, and cheering for the San Francisco Giants.
